At Cas & Co, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below:
RETURN POLICY
1. General Policy
Eligibility for Return (in the form of store credits): Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn condition and include all original packaging, including tags and certificates. Cas and co reserves the rights to decline any return should we find that it does not fulfill the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Sale/ Promo code Items: Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. (Excluding first timer discount)
3. How to Return
Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team at this email ( casandcoshop@gmail.com ) to request a return. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting details.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges; however, you may return your item for store credit, which will be applied to your store account. This store credit can be used for future purchases on Casandco.shop. Please note that all store credits are valid for six months.
